My name is Zara Kaushik, and I am a private counsellor, clinical supervisor, and homeopathy practitioner based in Singapore. My work is something I truly love. It is meaningful to me to walk alongside individuals as they navigate their emotional worlds, lived experiences, and healing journeys.
I am registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), the British Psychological Society (BPS), and the Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (APACS). I also completed my supervisor training from Australia, enabling me to support fellow counsellors in both their professional and personal development.
I began my professional journey in a very different space—as a commercial pilot. The calmness, presence, clarity and emotional steadiness required in aviation naturally form the foundation of how I hold space in the therapy room.
Over time, my work expanded to include Homeopathy, which allows healing to reach deeper emotional and constitutional layers that talk therapy alone may not always address. I combine counselling and homeopathy where suitable to support individuals gently and holistically.
My approach is gentle, intuitive, relational, and deeply respectful of each person’s pace. I do not believe in fixing; I believe in helping individuals remember their inner strength and reconnect with their authentic self.
