I am qualified, experienced and registered with the SAC (Singapore Association of Counselling), BPS (British Psychological Society) and APACS (Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore). In addition, I have completed my supervision training in Australia and am registered to provide supervision services to counsellors.
I work with varied modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Age regressions, Past life Regression, Solution Focussed Therapy, Schema Therapy, Crystal Therapy and many more. I also provide Handwriting and Signature analysis for adults and children along with appropriate therapy. I enjoy working with a varied clientele of children and adults. As a psychological counsellor I have worked for several years with a variety of issues and therapies to help clients from various backgrounds live happier and more fulfilling lives.
Along with working with my personal clients, I work as a Counsellor/Supervisor with Safe Space (mental health platform), with APACS providing counselling to NUH staff and as an EAP Counsellor with Workplace Options.
Furthermore, as an Educational Therapist I have over a decade of experience working in International Schools and Therapy Centres with children who have learning needs and I have assisted them in improving their reading, writing, and mathematical skills by tailoring it to suit their learning style.
I have also helped numerous students discover their career path and have aided them in applying and being accepted to prestigious universities all over the globe as a career counsellor.
